Features and Applications

Foam drainage and gas recovery technology has played an important role in the development of water and gas wells. It not only greatly improves the liquid carrying capacity of gas, reduces the accumulation of liquid in the wellbore, but also extends the production time of gas wells, thereby increasing the ultimate recovery rate.

This product is a liquid foam drainage agent developed by our company. When mixed with water, it has good foaming, foam stability, and liquid carrying capacity. It has good resistance to mineralization and condensate oil. The foam film formed by this product series has strong impact resistance and good stability, and can effectively avoid the back pressure phenomenon caused by poor foam stability during the gas-liquid lifting process. It is mainly used in gas wells with low condensate oil content and is not only the best choice for foam drainage in general condition gas wells, but also suitable for drainage and gas recovery processes in low-production and low-pressure gas wells. This product has been used as a foam drainage agent for gas wells in the Changqing Gas Plant, Henan Oilfield, and Jianghan Oilfield for a long time and has achieved good results.

Compatibility

The foaming agent has good compatibility with other additives.

Recommended Dosage

The general dosage is 0.1-1.0%, which can be adjusted accordingly based on actual situations.

When in use, dilute with clean water by 5-20 times and then inject into the wellbore using foam injection vehicles, injection pumps, and balance tanks. Intermittent or continuous injection can be performed according to the requirements of different wells.

In the initial stage of injection, the usage can be increased appropriately to 2-3 times the recommended dosage.

It is recommended to use organic silicon defoamers developed specifically for our company's foam drainage agents to ensure defoaming effect and normal production of gas wells.

Product Packaging

This product is packaged in 200kg or 50kg plastic drums, with a net weight of 200.0kg or 50.0kg. Other specifications can be agreed upon in the contract. 

During transportation, avoid rain, sunlight, and heat, and avoid hitting the packaging drum with hard objects. Handle with care during loading and unloading. Store this product in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse. The stacking height should not exceed two layers.
