Product introduction

In order to maintain the normal production of gas Wells, water unlocking agent  should be injected into the formation to improve the reservoir permeability and relieve the formation water unlocking.

The characteristics of use

The effect of water unlocking agent is an important measure to protect natural gas reservoir. Due to the thin pore throat and high capillary pressure of low permeability gas reservoir, the fluid binding is large, and the water lock effect will be more damaging, which requires the filtrate of drilling fluid and completion fluid invading the pore throat in advance to have lower surface tension, lower interfacial tension, and higher contact Angle. The main components of waterproof lock agent are methyl sulfonic acid, chelating agents, corrosion inhibitors, fluorocarbon surfactants and modified surfactants, this product has low surface tension, low interfacial tension, but also has a high contact Angle. Can effectively improve the performance of drilling fluid, completion fluid and other filtrates, so as to prevent drilling fluid and completion fluid and other filtrates from invading the formation and causing water lock. Good compatibility with formation water, tap water and fracturing fluid, no emulsification with oil phase, and simple site construction. It is mainly used in the process of unlocking water lock in natural gas Wells, relieving water lock injury in production layer, restoring gas well permeability, improving gas productivity, extending gas well production cycle and improving recovery efficiency.

Packing, storage and transportation

Use 25kg plastic bucket or 200kg iron bucket to pack. This product to avoid sun exposure, in the process of transportation, avoid throwing, sun and rain.
