Characteristics and Applications

Viscoelastic surfactant is a new type of water-based system that is formed by mixing surfactants with organic salts and solvents to create a viscoelastic substance. As it does not contain polymers, it significantly reduces damage to the reservoir. It also exhibits good shear resistance, filter loss resistance, sand suspension ability, and inhibitory effect on clay swelling. It can be used as a fracturing fluid, sand-carrying fluid, and well-control fluid.

Recommended Dosage

The recommended dosage is generally 2.0% to 6.0%. Add the product to water or brine and mix well by circulating or stirring.

Product Packaging

The product is packaged in 50kg or 180kg plastic drums, Other specifications can be agreed upon in the contract. 

Transportation and Storage

During transportation, avoid rain, direct sunlight, and heat, and prevent damage to the packaging. The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse. The stacking height should not exceed two layers. Do not allow contact with water before use.
