Characteristics and applications

This product is composed of non-ionic surfactants, fluorocarbon surfactants, and solvents. During well cementing, workover, and acid fracturing operations, the working fluid is easily emulsified with crude oil after being injected into the formation, making it difficult to return from the formation after construction. This product can generate extremely low surface tension, increase contact angle, reduce capillary resistance, clear formation blockages, improve backflow rate, and has anti-emulsification and demulsification effects in completion fluids, workover fluids, acid fracturing fluids, and various acid fluids. It has good compatibility with commonly used additives in well cementing, workover, acid fracturing, and acidizing fluids.

Compatibility

This product is highly soluble in fresh water, mineralized water, completion fluids, workover fluids, conventional hydrochloric acid, high-concentration hydrochloric acid, and fracturing fluids. It has good compatibility with additives in completion fluids, workover fluids, fracturing fluids, and acidizing fluids.

Recommended dosage

The recommended dosage in completion fluids, workover fluids, fracturing fluids, and acidizing fluids is 1.0% to 1.5%. In fracturing fluids, add the product after the thickening agent has dissolved and circulate evenly. In completion fluids, workover fluids, and acidizing fluids, add it together with other additives and circulate evenly.

Packaged in 200kg iron drums, net weight 200.0kg. Other specifications can be agreed upon in the contract.

Store this product in a cool and dry place, and avoid exposure to sunlight and packaging damage during transportation.
