Features and uses

Emulsion acid gelant is a new type of acid gelant synthesized using a suspension polymerization process. It has excellent acid retardation ability, which can significantly reduce the reaction rate of acid rock. It can also reduce acid loss, improve acid etching distance, and acidification effect. It has good thickening, retarding, heat stability (above 120℃), shear resistance, salt resistance, and chemical compatibility. It also has a certain degree of acid viscosity decrease rate at the operating temperature, which is conducive to the rapid removal of residual acid after construction. This product has good stability, does not change color, does not hydrolyze, and has extremely strong salt resistance.

Recommended dosage

1．Gelant formulation

90℃: 20% HCL + 2.0%-2.5% gelant + corrosion inhibitor + thickener + iron ion stabilizer + flow aid. 120℃: 20% HCL + 2.5%-3.5% gelant + corrosion inhibitor + thickener + iron ion stabilizer + flow aid.

2.Preparation method

Add the emulsifier first according to the dosage ratio, then add other additives, and finally add the gelant. Circulate or stir for 30 minutes to 1 hour, and use after standing for 5 hours.

Chemical compatibility

This product is strictly prohibited from being mixed with aldehyde-containing additives and is compatible with cationic and nonionic additives.

Product packaging

Plastic barrels are used for packaging, with a net weight of 50.0kg . Other specifications can be agreed upon in the contract.

Transportation and storage

During storage and transportation, it should be kept away from fire sources and stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place. The product has a shelf life of 1 year and can be transported like conventional chemicals.
