Features and Applications

Suspension acidizing cementing agent is a stable suspension of cationic copolymer powder dispersed in active diesel oil. It is mainly used to prepare cementing acid for acidizing operations in oil and gas wells. In the temperature range of normal temperature to 120℃, this agent has good characteristics such as viscosity enhancement, slow reaction rate, acid resistance, thermal stability, shear resistance, salt resistance, and chemical compatibility in hydrochloric acid solution. It also has a certain degree of acid viscosity reduction rate at the operating temperature, which is beneficial for the quick return of residual acid after construction.

Recommended Dosage

Due to the inclusion of diesel oil in suspension acidizing cementing agent, containers lined with glass or fiberglass should be used instead of rubber-lined containers. When the acid circulates through the acid-mixing tank, slowly add the designed amount to the acid flow inside the tank and quickly disperse it in the acid flow, and then it will enter the acid storage tank with the acid flow. After adding the cementing agent, continue to circulate for 20-30 minutes. After sufficient circulation and uniformity, take a sample for analysis and testing to confirm that the quality of the cementing acid meets the requirements, and the acid preparation is completed. Before construction, circulate the cementing acid for another cycle, which takes about 20-30 minutes. The general dosage is 2.0% to 3.5%.

Chemical Compatibility

It is strictly prohibited to mix with aldehyde-containing additives. It is compatible with cationic and nonionic additives.

Product Packaging

The product is packaged in plastic barrels with a net weight of 50.0kg. Other specifications can be agreed upon in the contract. 

Transportation and Storage

Store in a cool, ventilated, and dry place away from fire. Before transportation and storage, check and confirm that the barrel lid is tightly closed to prevent leakage and rainwater intrusion. The storage period is one year, and it is transported as conventional chemical products.

Safety

When operating, pay attention not to splash on the body and clothes. If it splashes, wash it off with soap and water. Do not put residual acid after acidizing operations into farmland. Used packaging barrels should not be used for food storage. Do not swallow.
