Features and Applications:

In fracturing acidizing operations, the water used to prepare the fracturing fluid contains a large number of bacteria and microorganisms. These organisms cause the plant-based thickening agent in the fracturing fluid to break down and decompose. If left for too long, the fracturing fluid will become sour and foul-smelling, resulting in a significant reduction in its viscosity and deterioration of its suspended sand, shear resistance, and filtration loss properties, which are essential for the fracturing process. The biocide can kill bacteria and microorganisms in the water used to prepare the fracturing fluid, allowing the fracturing fluid to be stored for a longer period, at least one week or more. The biocide has low irritation and does not pollute the environment. It also has the effect of preventing clay expansion and reducing surface tension without affecting the performance of the fracturing fluid. This product is mainly used in fracturing fluids and can also be used in acidizing and water injection operations.

Recommended Dosage:

After the base fluid of the fracturing fluid is prepared, add the product and circulate it uniformly. The general dosage is 0.3%-1.0%.

Product Packaging:

The product is packaged in 200kg iron drums. Other specifications can be agreed upon in the contract. 

Transportation and Storage:

During transportation, the product should avoid rain, sunlight, and heat, and the packaging drums should avoid contact with hard objects. Handle with care. The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse. The stacking height should not exceed two layers.
