Characteristics and Applications
The high-temperature hydrochloric acid corrosion inhibitor is used as an acidization inhibitor in high-temperature fracturing operations for oil and gas wells (120℃~200℃). Its use greatly reduces the corrosion of surface equipment and downhole tubulars during construction. The corrosion inhibitor is used in conjunction with a corrosion-enhancing agent and can be applied at various acid concentrations (15%~28%) at temperatures below 180℃. It can be applied with 15%~20% hydrochloric acid within the temperature range of 180℃~190℃, and with 15% hydrochloric acid within the temperature range of 190℃~200℃.

Adaptability to Oil and Gas Wells with H2S
When acid-treating oil and gas wells containing H2S, they are often contaminated by H2S. Some corrosion inhibitors used in the past require formaldehyde additives, but formaldehyde will quickly react with H2S to form a precipitate, leading to plugging of oil and gas reservoirs. The corrosion inhibitor does not contain aldehyde components and does not require formaldehyde additives, making it suitable for oil and gas wells containing H2S.
Compatibility
It is compatible with iron ion stabilizers, surfactants, WKD-13 gelling agents, and WKD-12 displacement agents currently used in acid solutions.
Recommended Dosage
The dosage of this product should be determined based on the temperature and acid concentration of the construction well, with a recommended dosage of 1.0%~4.0%. This product cannot be diluted with water. Therefore, when preparing the acid solution, this product can be injected into the storage tank and mixed with industrial hydrochloric acid and other additives before diluting with water to the desired concentration.

Transportation and Storage
It should be stored in a sealed and ventilated place, away from oxidizing and corrosive materials, and away from sources of ignition. The storage temperature should be below 35℃. During transportation, it should be protected from direct sunlight and have good ventilation.
Safety
This product is low-toxic and moderately irritating. When using, wear rubber gloves and protective goggles, and try to avoid skin contact. If it comes into contact with the eyes and skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and remove contaminated clothing.
