Features and Applications

Clay stabilizer is composed of cationic polymer, auxiliary agents, and solvents. In drilling, well completion, well washing, workover, water injection, acidizing, and fracturing operations, it is necessary to add clay stabilizer (anti-swelling agent) to prevent the swelling and migration of clay minerals in the formation. Clay stabilizer is a new type of clay stabilizer developed to meet the above operations. It is mainly used in well killing fluids, well washing fluids, acidizing fluids, fracturing fluids, and water injection operations.

Recommended Dosage

Depending on the geological conditions of the reservoir in different regions, the dosage should be determined through core experiments. The usual dosage is 0.5% to 2.0%. Add the WKD-5 clay stabilizer directly into the working fluid of various operations and mix uniformly by circulation.

Product Packaging

The product is packaged in 200kg plastic drums with a net weight of 200.0kg .Other specifications can be agreed upon in the contract. 

Transportation and Storage

During transportation, avoid rain, sunlight, and heat, and avoid damaging the packaging drum with hard objects. Handle with care during loading and unloading. Store the product in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse. The stacking height should not exceed two layers.
