Characteristics and Applications:

The fracturing fluid crosslinker is composed of borax, adjuvants, and solvents. It can be used as a crosslinker for various plant-based glue fracturing fluids, such as gum arabic, guar gum, xanthan gum, and locust bean gum. Fracturing fluids crosslinked with this crosslinker have excellent performance in terms of apparent viscosity, viscosity-temperature behavior, viscosity-time behavior, shear resistance, proppant suspension, and filter loss. They can be crosslinked quickly, with complete gel breaking, and the crosslink ratio can be adjusted arbitrarily within 1:100. The crosslinker can also be directly mixed with the base fluid during construction without the need for a separate crosslinking liquid.

Recommended Dosage:

The recommended dosage is usually between 0.15%-0.25%. Different usage methods should be adopted based on different crosslinking forms. If the double liquid method is used, the crosslinker should be added to the crosslinking liquid and circulated evenly. If the single liquid method is used, the crosslinker can be directly pumped into the base fluid for mixing and crosslinking using a proportioning pump.

Product Packaging:

The product is packaged in plastic drums with a net weight of 50.0kg or internally coated iron drums with a net weight of 200.0kg. Other specifications can be specified in the contract. 

Transportation and Storage:

During transportation, the product should be protected from rain, sunlight, heat, and packaging damage. The product should be stored in a cool, ventilated, and dry warehouse. The stacking height should not exceed two layers.
